The Beast stirs and it's glowing golden eyes stare unmoving ahead
The Beast is located somewhere dreadfully dark
The Beast speaks in a cold voice, "it is almost time, I can smell the blood in the air, almost taste it, people will pay for sealing me away like this...vengeance is soon going to be mine for the taking, I can sense Asroth....it is close by"

summary: The Beast is fully awake, and waits silently planning it's next move

Rhye'Dor sits apon his throne, Shai'Ra standing near him and a Lycan of high intelligence is informing him of recent events. Rhye'Dor giggles slightly, but coldly. "excellent! it appears that my prediction of war is falling into place! soon... my army's time to strike them at their darkest hour vastly approaches, and the beast is preparing its vengeance upon humanity--starting with Azroth! good! GOOD!! now then... Shai'Ra, you say there were...foreigners to the east?"
Shai"ra nods. "They came in a massive ship. its technology very advanced and thier weaponry is worth looking into for ourselves--which we've began doing so in our own R&D! I assume you'd want to meet these "visitors"?"
Rhye'Dor gets up and teleports 10 m. in front of the ambassador of the ISA Rogue, its captain and Anglachel

"then edgegate it is. your welcome to join us, it would be appreciated. we shall be heading over in the Reliant."
a few minutes later Josh and Garrak are on the Reliant, and a few other Cruisers are in the air ready to head off. during this time more people start passing through the hanger bay, and a small team are at the landing gear repairing it.
a cruiser comes into the hangerbay, and a woman in uniform comes up to Anglachel and asks where she would like to go. with Josh, or somewhere else? (one way)



edit: oh, i didnt have the pop up for the notification of your post... lets say Rhye'Dor teleports  500m from the Reliant (come on, your guy cant detect the position of everyone, and know exactly where to teleport when ever he wants, that woud just ridiculously over powered)

Rhye'Dor mutters to himself about people ignoring other people. Rhye'Dor stands atop the reliant's hull with great balance after jumping from the ground to land on the Reliant and observes the "visitors" as he infiltrates the Reliant from above to "have some fun".

Anglachel smiles, "I'll go with Josh, the people of EdgeGate might need to hear from a person they know, before they accept to help you, they are a very suspicious people"

Anglachel unseaths her blade and her eyes flare blue
Anglachel approaches Rhye'Dor

he suddenly finds a few cruisers looking at him. weapons down. but he hears a loud alarm go up.
the woman who was offering Anglachel a lift turns to see the small figure on the Reliant. "ALL UNITS, DO NOT SHOOT, GIVE CAPTAIN VISUAL, AND ACCESSS TO COMS!"
Rhye'dor hears on loud speakers "Halt, this is captain Josh Halt of the ISA Rogue. we dont not intented to fight, please lower your weapons and allow us to speak."

I'd like to speak figuratively in my posts and mess with people's heads. I'm very good at it, too. That, and my character has a very, very good memory of the land's layout... since he's been alive since ancient times! *wink. wink. nudge. nudge. hint. hint.* its not overpowered--its knowledge and strategy of a evil, psychopathic killer who rules his own city-state!!

Rhye'Dor draws his sword from thin air and speaks. "Then that wouldn't be fun. And besides: your new around here, and I want to see if your worth destroying!!"
Rhye'Dore begins to sabotage the reliant by just breaking stuff and slicing into things.

he doesnt get far, as the shield suddenly turns on, sending him flying just a meter into the air. some of the cruisers start firing. and large flickers spread across the hull from the shield as bullets and some lasers start meeting the shield. they continue shooting until Rhye'dor is knocked over.
"please stop, we do not want to fight. im going to ask you again."
the woman with Anglachel asks Anglachel to grab the side of her Cruiser, and she'll be dropped off on top of the Reliant.

edit: it still feels like your over powered. regardless of your reasons, but non the less. continue!

Anglachel has disappeared, "no need"
Rhye'Dor finds a sword through his back
Anglachel's eyes flare white, the air shudders
Anglachel wrenches her sword free, and manipulates gravity knocking Rhye'Dor down hard and holding him there

sparks flicker as Rhye'Dor is held down. the Cruisers do not fire. and the woman who was with Anglachel has taken to the air

edit: i shallnt make any more tonight, im off to bed. dont do too much without me

Anglachel yells at Rhye'Dor, "Stand down!...this ship is under my protection, you'll have to deal with me before you dare destroy it!"
Anglachel sheaths her blade and draws her two dagger from her back sheath
Anglachel increases the gravity holding Rhye'Dor down
Anglachel's eyes turn Black and the air seems to become heavier

(Goodnight Silence)

Rhye'Dor laughs as he wound is already closed by this point of time. "I knew that you'd try this! I've thought someone like you before--My opponent ended up defeated"
Rhye'Dor slowly gets up, rejecting gravity with sheer force. "Your not worth my time, little girl! Besides... your going against the law, attacking the ruler of the city-state of the west!" Rhye'Dor shoves his sword into the hull of the ship. a fire is created as a small explosion cloaks him removing his sword and "sheathing" it as he jumps off the ship and lands on the ground.

Anglachel shatters the air and the explosion/fire dies before it does much damage
The air restores itself
Anglachel's eyes return to normal, "I surpressed most of the damage, but not all of it, the hull will still need repairs"
Anglachel chuckles, "Ruler of the city-state of the west, wonder how he became that...."
Rhye'Dor receives an arrow in the throat, it is a silver arrow
Anglachel lowers her bow and smiles cunningly

Rhye'Dor giggles as he removes the arrow and tosses it aside. He Creates a massive whip of his blood and grapples Anglachel's neck with it. He then throws her into the ground whilst still holdering her. The blood returns into his body and he spots a human. He grabs the human and sucks out his/her blood and soul out of their body, making it a lifeless corpse and uses this "rejuvenation" to his advantage as he makes the sky clouded in black cloudes and it rains blood and lightning strikes. Rhye'Dor looks at the sun as if he is immune to its affects and causes the ground for a second or 2. Rhye'Dor speaks. "I am Rhye'Dor Kra'Arhn: The Dragon. The Dracula of Kra'Ahrn Castle!!" Rhye'Dor draws his sword again in the same fashion and holds it with only one hand. "And I will kill those who get in my way! starting with the 5 cities. Oh... and the beast is awake! I'll enjoy watching as it fulfills its vengeance upon you humans!!" Rhye'Dor disappears and reappears in front of Anglachel in a swarm of bats and hits her just a meter into the air with the handle of his sword. He then kicks her head, making her start going flying backwards, but then he grabs one of her leg and slams her into the ground hard, creating a massive impact that creates a small-scale tremor. he then grabs her face and throws her into one of the canyons around them.
Rhye'Dor waits for Anglachel's counter-attack.
Rhye'Dor's eyes glow black and his arrow-wound heals.

Rhye'Dor receives six arrows in the back
Anglachel chuckles, "Amazing what manipulation of light can make someone believe...you seemed to have attacked the wrong person" the one Rhye'Dor attacked is revealed to be the dead human corpse
Anglachel smiles, "Pity you fell for such a thing...I do not fear you, Dracula of Kra'Ahrn Castle, because you are no ruler in my eyes, just someone who owns a stone building and calls it a castle, besides most leaders around here are corrupt, so...you aren't any different to a Raztec soldier..."
(side note: I don't mean any of what I say literally towards you Rhye'Dor)

Silence purveys on the battle field.
A tear appears in the sky and Krodrus steps through.
The seal closes.
Krodrus draws Muramasa.
"Rhy'dor! I cannot let you fight a protector of peace in this land. You kill gleefully. If you only knew the consequences of your actions, the pain it brings is more than you know. It is time for you to die"
Krodrus swings Muramasa
Rhy'dor blocks it easily.
Yet Muramasa passes through everything Rhy'dor has and pierces his heart.
Life force is drained to Krodrus.

Anglachel looks shocked, "Krodrus?"
Anglachel checks on the ship and looks for Josh

"Too long have I neglected my duty"

Rhye'Dor goes "tut-tut-tut." and reveals that he is standing behind another Rhye'Dor and has no arrows in his back, whose illusion of blood turns into Rhye'Dor's blood absorbed into Rhye'Dor.
Rhye'Dor stands in front of Krodrus. "You should learn how to stay out of business that doesn't actually concern your people, Krodrus. and besides: Humanity will end. By my hand or by their own. I'm just quickening its demise and sending them to a better place, am I wrong!?! and its not your duty. Its an obligation of lies and self-given authority of your own creation--and I will not tolerate your lack of respect to this realm and to ME! For I cannot die, yet I cannot live! YOU of all people--and of your species--should know better than to judge ME about things I know far better. than. you!!!"
Somehow, Rhye'Dor manages to grab Krodrus by the sides of his head and slowly takes back what he attempted to steal through touch of the projection of Krodrus's body. Rhye'Dor speaks. "I'm no human, Krodrus, and your not from here and have no right to give me orders--that, and I don't have life essence, or haven't you figured it out yet! And if you get in my way again... bad things will happen to this world and it'll be on YOUR head for your Arha to solve and prevent from any blood from falling on your hands! this is not your realm, boy! leave before you cause something you'll regret!" Rhye'Dor, having absorbed his illusion's life essence, Lets go of Krodrus and glares with black, glowing eyes of evil and death. The canyons come alive and turn into colossal giants that resemble the undead. they go to terrorize the 5 cities under Rhye'Dor's command.
Rhye'Dor laughs as he returns to Kra'Arhn Castle in a cloud of smoke and bats, but in a teleportational manner.

Rhye'Dor sits upon his throne as his armies attack the 5 cities at the same time in co-ordination with the canyons golems.
Rhye'Dor drinks blood from a wine cup as he waits for either someone to come to him... or for the beast to make his move.
(If you must know, I used really strong blood magic to re-animate the canyons into becoming colossal behemoths and the main heavy hitters of mass destruction for my army.)

Rhye'Dor is confronted by an old man with an onyx staff. Rhye'Dor recognised the old man. He gets up and walks down the little steps to his throne and speaks. "YOU!"
The old man places the head of staff in front of his chest where his heart should be, but the old man feels no presence of a heart. "It appears that the path you've taken has stripped you of a means of any form of death! And it's my fault!"
Rhye'Dor's eyes return to normal and he speaks with hatred. " if it weren't for you, my wife and child to those murderers known as man! Then you shake up and use your magic to not only taint this castle, but turnkey into THIS!!" Rhye'Dor back-hands the old wizard into a wall, breaking it slightly. He grabs the wizard and speaks. "A monster out for blood and anvengeancenagainst humanity so strong that I committed an act of genocide! GENOCIDE!! On a race that could've prospered! You did this to me!"
The old man rebutts. "And you took it too far!" Rhye'Dor interrupts. "Least I tried bringing them back the right way! But no. Instead, you turn me into the Dracula. The dragon. Into the vampire lord of this desert planet! Who is also, as Inalmost forgot, part Lycan!" Rueu'Dor throws him into the pedestal, now destroyed, and the wizard nearly crippled. The old man speaks. "It's not too late for you to change your ways! Stop this vendetta. This path of vengeance.
Rhye'Dor speaks. "I will wipe out humanity and rule this planet as my own castle in the name of my vengeance! And I will fulfill my vengeance on humanity! And not even you can stop me this time!"
Rhey'Dor rips off the wizard's head and leaves it to his guard: his wolf-pack, to devour along with the rest of the corpse.
Rhye'Dor returns to his throne and sits upon it, muttering "They will pay... All shall suffer my wrath... For none are innocent! None shall live to see paradise like they saw to take my wife and child from me! All will pay... With their lives!"
Rhye'Dor takes a full goblet of blood, holds it in his right hand and drinks it in a savoring manner.

a cruiser comes down and lands in front of Anglachel. the same woman steps out and approaches Anglachel. "sorry we didnt get to formally meet. my name is Jaheria (ja(like jab, but no b)-hear-a) Wing Commander. there is a slight change of plan, the captain is going to remain on the Rogue, and Garrak is going to go to Edge gate on the Reliant. we now request your presence, but again, we shall not force you to do anything." some more Cruisers start coming out of the Titan, and small fighters start launching from both ships. the Reliant takes off, and starts moving to Edge gate with the ships in formation around it. "i was going to offer you a lift, but i figured you could teleport yourself into the Reliant anyway."
some Cruisers and Fighters begin patroling around the desert area and the canyons. Anglachel suddenly notices that the Reliant's Engines, although on, are almost silent. and some of the cruisers and fighter are silent, including all the ones escorting the Reliant.

S: Anglachel is asked to join Garrak to Edge gate. Josh Halt will be staying behind on the Rogue. Security has gone up around the Rogue, as well as escort strength for the Reliant.(if you do say yes Anglachel, just start describing what Edge gate is like, how they are greeted when they first get there. keep in mind scouts as well)

oh, forgot about the massive armies.
some cruisers and Fighters go out to monitor the attacks on the five cities. but no large involvment made yet (not until the Titan can look after itself at least). they use a special method to remain undetected, but i shallnt reveal it yet. dont worry, only select ships can do this.

Anglachel nods, "I shall accompany you to EdgeGate, it is a large city, much larger than Ember, and has enough space for a big ship like this, the people there will not question you, the government of EdgeGate may be slightly suspicious of you, but it is hard to trust people around here sometimes, so they are really just being cautious, you are in no danger, and you're safe with me...I have some good friends in EdgeGate"

ill just clarify the following small things. the damage on the Reliant isnt much at all, and shall be repaired some time later in the journey.
the sheilds are a capital ship's shields, they are meant to take lots of hits. a sword, even a powerful sword wont simply cut straight through it (unless it is a particular type of material, or somthing weird that happens to go straight through the field. which i doubt Rhye'Dor's is, no offence ). but i will give that a powerful enough sword (very powerful) could do a considerable enough amount of damage that it should be noted.

on with the story
as the Reliant approaches the edge of Edge Gate, it contacts the appropriate authority, using the approriate method (radio waves, loud speaker etc) as directed by Anglachel (i presume that she would help with that). Garrak politly introduces himself and a brief overview of who is, and where he is from (the Rogue), and asks if it would be worth talking to their leaders about possible support for some supplies to repair the Titan. he would come over in Jaheria's Cruiser and a very small escort (to show humility, and trust).

the Reliant (commanded by Captain Evelyn. btw, i made a mistake, Josh Halt is called supreme commander. the ISA have their own heirachy system) would go over to where the giant canyon constructs are attacking, but not make any engagement unless Garrak gives the word. (why dont attack? the Rogue has not yet gone to war, its trying to avoid it while it can. but is ready to get involved if Garrak thinks they should)

(i shall be posting up more details on the Rogue's fleet soon enough, and all that jazz )
