The new Hikari to Yami no ko:
Has all old powers all apply

(Has complete control over light and darkness
watched over the planet on which Ember is built
his scythe can stop time and distort reality
Kurohitsugi= Black Coffin is exactly that but massive
it has the tortured souls and beings of a millennia traped within
when it opens it only does so to consume
then will they be stuck there inside Kurohitsugi forever)

The dark clouds that single the city of Ember out cannot be crossed
or passed through unless in a high tech machine (This allows the machines
Silence mentioned to pass through) a gate will be formed allowing passage
from Ember down to Lorden but it does not allow safe return
The warriors Hikari commands over are 100% dead and are mainly patrol units
until they find you then you will be swarmed and very difficult to leave without
a scratch or a gasping wound




Hikari himself has undergone changes and he now has a changing blade that is
still called Kurohitsugi but is no longer just a scythe if a corpse is touched by
Kurohitsugi it will return to life as one of the warriors



Hikari himself is now an embodiment of light and dark as he was but this time
with enough power to draw the evil (darkness) or the good (light) out of
someone and then use it to fuel his own power having control over this can
create an imbalance in positive and negative but that's where the behemoth
returns known as the controller of chaos or the keeper he stands on the
fine line between order and chaos itself.

just on that Hikari, you may want to speak to Kiaser on how the interaction will work with him and his void creatures. i have had a few conversations with him, going into great details about the exact technicalities. its all very particular

it is something to do with void creatures and the void I think, you may want to ask him, I'm not very educated on the whole subject

My lore is this:
When someone dies, there soul/life/whatever-you-want-to-call-it passes into the void.
So as far as I understand, your warriors are just re-animated corpses that you control and provide the energy to sustain. Like organic machines that operate on magic.

Yes essentially they are a corpse that uses my power to function
but they can also tap into what little power they had when alive
and because they are "dead" if I may say so this power is amplified
