The voice of a young woman replies to Josh's statement. "Yes, I do as a matter of fact. But I can't identify myself, you see... I'm a survivor of Omega's assault on Sovereign, killing everyone but me."
"You've got the heroes who helped in ending that curse, right? Could you please send them to Sovereign, along with your best? What's happening on Sovereign... you'll want to see this for yourself! I think its happening on a global scale. I believe its connected to the curse Omega inflicted."
"Please, hurry! I don't have much time before Omega discovers this conversation! If he does, he'll kill me and take control of Sovereign again by tracking the signal with his hearing. What's worse, he'll use Sovereign to attack the cities!"
"I also have a theory you need to know: Omega planned all of this from the very beginning! he deliberately allowed Arca to escape, deliberately having Arca follow a path that lead to Sovereign, and used this to expose Sovereign's existence."
"He knew about you guest passengers, and counted upon their involvement to destroy the curse, so that everyone could focus on this new problem!"
The worst part is: He warned Halt of this! He told him of a game of death, right? This was what Omega meant! Omega was known only by few who meet him and live to be a host of these... sadistically Apocalyptic games of Death and war! If we don't play his game, then cities will become ghost-towns! everyone will die!"
an image on the screen from Sovereign lights up, blurred out, and the young women is caught off from transmitting her signal. A croaky and deep voice speaks. "Awww! you shouldn't have done that! you ruined the little intro I was going to do... human!"
The image clears up, revealing Omega's helmet-like face. "Hello, humans! You know who I am: and I know who you are. I've your voice before, Commander Josh!"

"nice to meet you too Omega" (btw, i said in the post that the connection was audio only. no visual. lets just say there is a visual anyway, but the ISA do NOT transmit visual)
Evelyn turns to one of the pilots, and he presses a few buttons. the screen momentarily cuts out, and the connection is gone. it then returns a second later, the screen a little more blurry, and the quaility is reduced a little. Omega on the recieving end detects no changes in the audio.
"Why are you doing this Omega? what do you gain from this? i see no benifit! dictators conquer the world to gain power, to expand. but you just kill everyone off, and all that will be left is you and your demons." Josh's voice is calm and collected. he doesnt flinch.

Omega replies. "Why, you ask? What do I have to gain, you ask?"
Omega sighs. "Its simple: I'm no mortal dictator! I'm not flawed, like you humans."
"What I WANT is to see humanity of Lorden die for their sins! I want to watch as you all get what you deserve: DEATH! nothing more, and nothing less!!"
Omega calms himself and continues, "If you really want to try and stop me, Josh: Follow the girls advice--before I kill her!!"
The feed is cut off, as Omega has "Logged off".

Josh sighs and mutters to himself "who are you to be their judge?"
Evelyn looks at the screen as Josh ponders. "what do you wish captain?" Josh looks up.
"to stop this curse. RIGHT! you guys may or may not choose to join us" Josh gestures to Anglachel, Jet, Aerrow and Arca "that is to your will, but regardless we will be going to soverigien! unless somone else has a contact which may have information on this new curse.
now obviously he will at least prepare some sort of trap, whether or not we go, as a precaution. but there is one thing we havnt revealed yet-hence i am assigning the Reliant for obvious reasons onto this mission."
Evelyn smiles, "ahhh, it will be good to get the device going again. havnt used it since we set out and crashed here."
"make sure you do a systems check then. primary objective, find out anything you can about the curse. pour in as much data as you can. but i dont trust her, nor any of this for that matter. the only strangers i really trust so far is are you guys" he looks at Anglachel and the others.
Evelyn protests "she seemed perfectly trustworthy captain. listen to what she already-"
"I DONT DOUBT THat she is trustworthy herself. but the fact that she happened to get captured right then seems a little coincidental. but im more concerned about what Omega may put IN her. he has proven himself to be powerful, and may put a bug in to hear all the conversations she speaks, or even force her to work against us if she isnt already." Evelyn sits back down in her seat, a little disapointed, but can see Josh has valid points.
"but that doesnt mean we are abandoning her once we know what we need. provide her passage to Ember or Edge Gate, or where ever she wishes. just dont bring her on board lead ships. we shall provide her refuge and protection there." Evelyn sighs, pleased with Josh's descion. she bites her lip, as she still thinks that this woman may not be a danger what so ever.

The Reliant meets with the Rogue, but they only come with a couple of kilometers, and some fighters and cruisers go back and forth. The Reliant turns around, and starts heading towards soverigien. it should be orbiting above soverigien in about 30 minutes.

The young woman is currently fleeing from Omega's human-like demons (The demon infiltrators) via the rooftops, wielding nothing but a custom-made crossbow with custom-made bolts made to kill the supernatural.
The woman, mid-air, shoots multiple bolts at her pursuers (total of 10). She misses 6 of her targets, but the rest die the moment they are stabbed by the knives.
She ends up cornered on a rooftop, her back against the wind with death below her.
However, a hooded man appears behind the soldiers. "HEY!!"
The soldiers turn around and point their guns at him, and naturally open fire as per to their orders. Strangest thing to them, the bullets do no damage, as his body heals from the gunshots.
The hooded man moves at fast speeds that they can't read or track, and kills on of them simply by moving his hand right through his chest where the heart should be, killing him instantly the moment The man removes his hand from it's body. One of them speaks. "What the hell!? WHAT ON EARTH IS HUMAN?"
The hooded man stares at them, his eyes emitting a bloody color from his eyes. They become bewildered for a moment, but before they can do anything, the young women kills 2 of them by stabbing them from behind with two massive bolts. As she is about to get shot by the other 2, they are literally thrown off the building by the hooded man, they fall apart into several pieces, as they were cut apart prior to this.
The young woman notices that the hooded man's right arm is for some reason a massive organic-metallic blade, but it suddenly shape-shifts slowly into a normal arm with clothing.
The hooded man speaks. "I'm Theron."
The young women speaks. "Hi! I'm Aleria."
Theron and Aleria look above, spotting signs of The Reliant's descent.
Theron grabs a flare gun that one of the soldiers had on them, and uses it as an SOS signal once the Reliant ends up above Sovereign.

the Reliant hasnt reached Sovereign.
some cruisers dispatched from the Reliant see the flare. they touch down on the roof tops and pick up the two. Jaheria greets them, and they speed off before any fighters can start shooting them (and not get attacked by the fleet)
the cruiser flies alongside the Reliant with the rest of the fleet (a number of fighters and cruisers flying alongside). Evelyn makes contact with the cruiser "greetings strangers. i am captain Evelyn of the ISA Reliant, we understand you have information to support us, yes?" a small medic team begins scanning them both. they are searching for anything, but particularly and bugs, or electrical bugs that may be listening in. it's a little bit harder to identify as the technology does not operate in the same way as the Reliant's, but it will still be able to do the job.
"but i must ask who you are?" she turns to Theron. "i would like to ask that both of you identify yourselves." the fleet is currently heading towards Ember. it will be about two hours (they are within the atmosphere, so it's slower... its true, if you go by space, its faster. Kiaser probably knows... well, im pretty sure it's true... Rolling Eyes

Theron walks up right towards the screen. "I am Theron." Theron looks at Aleria, whose side-tracked at her surroundings. "Thats Aleria. She's also the girl who made the distress call."

Alpha mutters to himself, "I know that what I seek is still out there, it is just beyond my sight at the moment, but I'll find it, it must be someone powerful, time to discover who those people are, I'm sure Adar would know"
Adar hears the telepathic message sent to him by Alpha, "Alpha has requested my presence, and also orders that you 9 are to remain here, and keep searching for what has been lost"
Adar heads off to meet Alpha, the 9 members continue their search

A notification sound comes from Theron's phone. As he looks at it, a map that he created using Sovereign's data research on the Nests indicates that Althari, Ashton, Sovereign and Ink-Heart are now purged of nests-- all simultaneously.
Theron mutters. "This is impossible! No way--Omega must've caused this out of boredom!"

Arghast stands outside of The Omega nest, speaking with Renegade. "Is Omega's orders fulfilled?"
Arghast replies. "Yes, renegade. Omega's handicap has been placed! It'll give the humans a better chance of survival, so that they can be judged!!"

Theron speaks as he puts away his phone. "Ember is infected! Omega's doing."

Aleria stands next to Theron. "Well... the curse is actually appears to be causing the merging of two worlds: Our world and the demons! It also appeared to be home-made, because of the fact that a curse like that is more like a ritualistic spell with Arcanic signs that appeared in the sky when it was cast!"
Theron nods. "As for the infection... When Omega's vessel died, a wave of flames engulfed the world visually, but in fact... The nests sprouted!"
Theron activates a holographic map of Lorden from his phone. "Omega's blood mixed with the curse has created a demonically deadly virus! Not only that, But Omega IS the virus source!" Aleria looks at Theron, concerned as to how he knew so much that she didn't know.
"I know that its hard to believe, but I know all of this because I saw it with my own eyes: I saw the nests. They were... they were like pumping organisms. Like us--they literally "lynched" into Sovereign, like scabs to the skin, and the way that it...*Thernon deactivates the hogrophic map and puts his phone away, clenching both hands like fists* I can't talk of it anymore, its disturbing enough to me. But somehow half of Lorden is free of the nests."

Adar reaches Alpha, and bows slightly as he approaches, "Sir, you requested my presence here"
Alpha smiles at Adar, "Yes, I need you to locate all the powerful beings in Lorden, one of them has something I want"
Adar looks nervous and doubtful, "I don't think I am skilled enough to perform such a feat sir, I might end up killing myself"
Alpha's eyes flare red and he grabs Adar roughly, "I gave you life boy, you would be dead right now, if it wasn't for me, you serve me, don't forget that....now locate them!!"
Adar nods and concentrates
Adar winces at the strain his mind undergoes as he seeks out millions of minds all at once, searching for anything to lead him to a powerful being, a million voices all speaking at the same time
Thoughts crash into Adar like a never-ending tidal wave, it would be so easy to get lost here and be swept along, and drift amongst the thoughts of others, but Adar's loyalty to Alpha, helps him stay separate from them, and instead he focuses on his purpose....serving Alpha

Theron suddenly feels great pain within himself, his body tripping out in a mutatious manner. Everyone becomes confused and slightly terrified, but Aleria speaks. "Theron...?" Theron learns that Arda is reading everyone's minds--and for some reason, is connected to everyone else's minds and as a result, detects Arda's brainwaves attempting to find The siblings, himself, Omega and his followers.
Theron mutters, "Get out of my head--ARDA!!" Theron's body created organic spike throughout his body, leeching through into the inner hull of the ship for a brief second, then turning back within him.
Theron falls to the ground unconscious.

(Theron has an unique ability called "The hive mind". Due to the virus infecting everyone, Theron has a connection to their thoughts and has a collective conscious method of gathering information. This is how he knows that the world is infected with the Omega virus.)

(This serves as a prologue, introducing Theron and Aleria to the story.)
(And yes: They are staying as my 2 of 3 main characters.)

Theron awakens on a bed, one of metal. He sees that there are people around him--dead, or otherwise unknown. Theron speaks. "What happened? All I remeber is being attacked by Omega *Theron has a flash of memory, seeing himself being stabbed in the chest by Omega's left hand. In the flashback however, it is indicated that Theron was in Sovereign's military nicknamed "The Dealers Black Guard Corps." (The D.B.G.C. for short).*
Theron sits and looks at his reflection in a window--He sees his arms are blurring out in an organic manner, shape-shifting into arms with massive extendable claws for fingers. They then reverts to normal in the same fashion. Theron looks at his hands. "What did he do to me?" Theron notices a Scientist (Soon revealed to be Aleria), working--simply performing an autopsy. He gets up and tries to sneak past her, but he makes noise when his footsteps can be heard. The scientist turns around, wielding big scalpels made for surgical methods on a demon's corpse.
Theron has disappeared, as he somehow managed to latch to the roof of the massive room.
Theron leaves the room via a broken window at the top of the sealed room of bullet-proof glass.
Theron gets out of his ruined and torn up clothes and finds an attire that he wears generally in the locker room of the area.

Theron leaves the locker room, escaping out of the building by cutting through it with his arm, shape-shifted into a massive blade-arm. He shape-shifts it back to normal and simply jumps from where he stands to a building rooftop.
(30 minutes later...)
Theron has learned all about his powers quickly, as he is a natural fast learner.
He hears someone running on the smaller building rooftop, and gunshots are heard.
Theron goes to investigate.

(Anglachel, your guys can be where ever they want. they can be on the cruiser with Theron and Aleria if you wish, they can be on the Reliant (in either of those cases, heading towards Ember.) or they can be somewhere else, the ISA are willing to provide transport and escort down to anywhere on the planet.)

"alright. so we need to destroy these nests in order to end this curse?" Evelyn then looks away from the camera and begins talking to someone else off to the side.
Evelyn turns to Jet and asks "Jet, do you think you could give all our weapons some sort of holy property? these Demon appear to be extremly resistant to our shots" (Evelyn's voice sounds really muffled in the cruiser) Josh has been listening to this conversation, he begins making plans.
relevant to Kiaser: he orders the Eagle with captain Corehart (or was it Coreheart? either way) to begin searching for the nest in Edge Gate, and finding out how to destroy it. fighters continue avoiding the warrior, it is chaos in the city, with demons and the warrior running around causing damage. the soldiers, and the ISA struggle to protect the citizans, and keep authority.
(note for Omega: what do the ISA begin finding in terms of the demons around the city and stuff?)
the Reliant is currently heading towards Ember still t-minus 1 hour, although there are still troops there. Ember is doing much better than Edge Gate, as it is now good progress in bringing the city under control, the demons are just about gone. and the population has now gained trust with the new leader. although there arnt many fighters and cruiser to search for the nest, so they keep an eye out, but shall wait until the Reliant arrives with it's fleet.
the Rogue is still orbiting above the planet, but will now begin making it's way above Charn.

(Well, for starters, demons leave behind traces of sulfur when they possess someone, right? You can also search for any activity indicating high amounts of violence or suffering, as in demon possessions. Then, you'll find a pattern and trace from where they are all closest to, like a comcpiracy, and then... you'll find your nest. simple, no?)

He leaves.

At Aston, something stirs.
On the north side stands a figures on fire.
On the south side stands a man with an eye above his head.
They stride towards to the city.
The suburbs on the north turn to ash.
The suburbs on the south go mad, murdering each other with whatever they can find.

Erica watches from afar. "Heh! well done... You're making this easier for the Omega Virus!" the ashes from the north turn into an infectious organic matter, and those who die in the masses of the madness merge with the organic matter, creating human hound-like behemoths-- "the hunters in a group" is the role they have in the virus's breeds of monsters.
They go on a rampage outside of Ashton, infecting the countryside.
Erica teleports back into the Omega nest, reporting in on the event that transpired.

The air shudders and the earth trembles
A swirling black cloud swiftly approaches Ashton
The cloud separate into millions of black shadows, in every shape and size, tigers, bears, dragons, gryphons, etc.
They approach the city, there are thousands of them, and they just keep coming...
The ground shakes under their tread

Oziah stops his attack on the city.
He turns to the black shadows. and his flames burn into the sky.
He lifts his sword towards the shadows.
A shock wave ripples through the air and the shadows along with the countryside caught in it is blown apart, leaving a fine powder.
Oziah sprints towards the cloud to meet them.

Meanwhile, the Ascetic turns the hunters on each other, and crushes the survivors with his mind, dissolving their bodies in his gaze, muttering something about the common cold.

But something strange occurs. The Ascetic hears a voice echoing from them, and they re-form like a organism of pure liquid.
The hunters, with no conscience, continue to attack those who live, leaving the ascetic eye alone, as they can smell that he isn't human.
The ascetic eye can see someone who appears to be Omega itself looking down at the ascetic eye. Omega speaks throgh one of the hunters "The hunters are of my mind. For we are of a legion in mind, body and spirit! Our hive-mind makes us strong."

"thank you for revealing yourself"
Omega is paralyzed by a assault on his mind.
Taken by surprise at the power of the assault, he quickly loses the ability to control his own body.
He feels his mind reel and a part of it severs, and dies.
All the hunters collapse, lifeless piles of dust once again.
The pupil of the Lidless Eye dilates
the gap in Omega's mind heals over, leaving him completely healthy.
The assault stops, and Omega regains control of his body.
"You are useful and ambitious, Omega. I did this to teach you a lesson. Do not overestimate yourself, and do not get in our way"

(if you're angry at me, direct it at the Ascetic. He made me do it! Smile
